Job Title: Google & Bing Ads Specialist Starting Pay: $35/hour We’re seeking a data-driven and strategic Google & Bing Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns across both platforms. While extensive experience isn’t a requirement, you should have hands-on success running ads, improving Quality Score, and tracking performance to deliver tangible results. Key Responsibilities: • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads campaigns • Continuously improve Quality Score, CTR, and conversion rates through strategic adjustments • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities • Monitor ad performance across platforms and adjust bids, targeting, and copy as needed • Create and test high-performing ad copy to improve engagement and ROI • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid search efforts with overall goals • Generate reports with performance metrics and actionable insights for continuous improvement Requirements: • Proven experience managing both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns • Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals, especially Quality Score and keyword strategy • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, and Microsoft Ads Editor • Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights • Excellent copywriting skills with a strong attention to detail • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to team goals
