As a Google Local Service Ads Manager at 1122 Marketing, you will manage and optimize LSA campaigns for law firm clients. It requires that you are obsessed with taking care of our clients and delivering the results that impact their bottom line. Those needs are oftentimes unspoken, and if you are selected to interview for this role, we will want to know exactly what you’ve done in your previous jobs to understand the unspoken needs of your clients. Responsibilities and Duties • Onboard and set up new clients' LSA accounts • Optimize and maintain accounts to ensure they remain verified and perform at their best • Audit the accounts’ and clients’ performance using tools like the client CRM, CallRail, and custom internal tools and reports • Take action based on your findings to ensure the health and efficiency of the campaigns • Focus on helping our clients get more cases at a fantastic cost of acquisition from LSAs • Assist clients with review generation and intake process optimization • Set up tracking, phone routing, message lead delivery, and message autoresponder systems • Generate monthly performance reports for clients • Engage with our clients regularly.
