Responsibilities • Onboard and set up new clients' LSA accounts • Optimize and maintain accounts to ensure they remain verified and perform at their best • Audit the accounts’ and clients’ performance using tools like the client CRM, CallRail, and custom internal tools and reports • Take action based on your findings to ensure the health and efficiency of the campaigns • Focus on helping our clients get more cases at a fantastic cost of acquisition from LSAs • Assist clients with review generation and intake process optimization • Set up tracking, phone routing, message lead delivery, and message autoresponder systems • Generate monthly performance reports for clients • Engage with our clients regularly.
