Ability to work independently and take accountability for results.
Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Pasadena, California.

How Performance Will Be Assessed
This is a strictly performance-led role.
Your trial will be assessed against:
Campaign performance and budget efficiency
Conversion volume and cost per acquisition
Lead quality
Quality of audit and strategy
Tracking accuracy
Quality and speed of campaign optimization
Ad-copy quality
Testing discipline
Reporting accuracy
Communication and accountability
We understand that advertising performance can be affected by budget, search demand, seasonality, landing pages and historical account issues. The decision will therefore not be based on one metric alone.
We will assess whether you make sound decisions, identify the correct problems, implement changes carefully and demonstrate a clear ability to improve performance over time.
Compensation and Progression
Four-week paid trial
Approximately 10–15 hours per week
$20 per hour during the trial
Maximum of approximately 60 hours during the four-week trial period
Potential increase to $30 or more per hour after successful completion
Opportunity to progress into a larger part-time or full-time position
Increased responsibility and earning potential based on measurable performance and successful management of additional client accounts
Progression will be based on demonstrated results, strategic judgment, reliability and the ability to manage client advertising budgets responsibly.
Work Location
The position is primarily remote.
However, applicants must be based in the Los Angeles area and able to attend occasional in-person working sessions or meetings in Pasadena.
Depending on business needs, this may include one or two office or meeting days during some weeks.
