We are seeking an experienced Google Paid Media Specialist to build, manage, and optimize search campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. • Develop, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts on behalf of MassMedia. • Monitor, manage, and optimize client budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and overall campaign efficiency. Requirements • 4+ years of experience in paid search advertising • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Google Ads certification is a plus
