You will be responsible for managing keyword strategies, video campaign scaling, dynamic bidding optimizations, and conversion tracking across six-figure monthly budgets. 💰 Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 USD / month (commensurate with proven $100k+ account scale).Performance Bonus: CPL-based bonuses for hitting target cost-per-lead metrics at scale. Key Responsibilities:Manage and scale large-scale Google Search, YouTube Ads, and Demand Gen/Performance Max campaigns spending $100,000+/month.Optimize automated bidding strategies (tCPA/tROAS) on high-spend accounts without disrupting campaign learning phases.Conduct continuous keyword research, negative keyword pruning, search term audits, and audience targeting refinements.Collaborate with our video editor to brief high-converting YouTube ad hooks and creative variations.Maintain clean attribution and conversion tracking across Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.Monitor CPL trends and back-end CRM lead quality daily to make aggressive budget and bid adjustments.
