As we scale our marketing efforts, we’re looking for a Google & YouTube Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of our paid search and video advertising campaigns. What You’ll Do • Strategically plan, launch, and manage Google Search and YouTube Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and direct response • Own the entire media buying process—from keyword research, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign setup to daily optimization and scaling • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative and video teams on high-performing ad creatives (video scripts, thumbnails, etc.)
