Graphic Design Internship (2025–2026 Season) The Flint Firebirds are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our Marketing & Media team for the 2025–2026 season. Primary Responsibilities – Graphic Design Focus • Design game day graphics, promotional materials, social media assets, and in-arena signage • Develop themed merchandise mockups for specialty nights and retail campaigns • Assist in designing marketing collateral for web, email, print, and sponsorship fulfillment • Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual touchpoints Qualifications • Education or experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is required • Must be 18+ and currently in college or have a high school diploma with relevant industry experience • Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating design ability are required • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required; familiarity with other Adobe tools is a plus • Personal laptop with Adobe Creative Cloud is required • Photography, social media, and merchandising experience are a bonus Who You Are • Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual storytelling • Passionate about sports and design • Reliable, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a team environment
