While there would be some graphic design responsibilities, much of this role would be assisting the office staff with day to day workflow, including client meetings and managing any follow up. Assists the graphic design team with daily workflow and job tracking. Acts as liaison on projects with the design team to develop proposals for client projects. Prepares presentations, as well as maintaining files, and correspondence for meetings Three to five years experience in the advertising/ design/ or sign industry
