Introduction Headquartered in Owings Mills, MPT operates a full-service advertising agency, called the Maryland State Ad Agency (MSAA), which serves the needs of the Maryland State agencies seeking to communicate important messages through public service announcements and advertising. Main Purpose of Job The Contractual Graphic Designer is responsible for full performance level work in the design or creation of graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs for the Maryland State Ad Agency (MSAA), a division of MPT. Clients include Maryland State governmental agencies such as the Maryland Department of Health, Maryland Department of Labor, Maryland Emergency Management Agency, Maryland Department of Planning and others.
