Graphic Designer / Content Creator

Current Culture H2O, a leading manufacturer in the hydroponic industry is looking for a qualified Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating content for strategic marketing initiatives. Through experience, advancement opportunities within our marketing department will be available as our company grows. o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) o CRM Qualifications • 2+ years Graphic Design Experience (manufacturing preferred) • Website Design experience • Video Production experience • Marketing Experience (preferred but not required) Duties • Content Creation o Coordinate the design of all company/product literature including: product catalogs, product sheets, spec sheets, product labels, packaging, instructions, website, advertisements, press releases, social media posts, etc. • Video Production o Work with video production team to produce company videos o Create graphics for video • Sales Support o Work with sales team to develop support materials, product displays, merchandise and sales campaigns • Social Media o Instagram Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn o Create and schedule Posts • Website Management o Update and maintain website content o Create new web content: graphics, product pages/info, blog entries, layouts and user interface • Advertising Campaigns o Create and administer campaigns across multiple advertising platforms (print/digital) • Email/ Direct Mail o Manage email/mailing list o Create and administer campaigns • Newsletters o Create/coordinate company newsletter • Phone Calls / Meetings o Participate in weekly sales meetings o Coordinate with VP • Events/Tradeshow o Create graphics and sales materials for external events: Trade Shows, Vendor Days, Industry events, etc.
