Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different. Responsibilities may include:

Graphic design for print advertising
Social media graphics and campaigns
Promotional product artwork and mockups
Website design, updates, maintenance and management
Basic WordPress and Wix website development
Preparing print-ready production artwork
Logo creation and branding projects
Digital advertising graphics
Assisting with marketing campaigns
Managing and scheduling social media content
Communicating with clients regarding artwork and revisions
Other creative and marketing projects as needed

Skills We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has experience in most or all of the following:

Graphic Design

Adobe Illustrator (Expert)
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
Print production and prepress
CMYK vs RGB knowledge
Preparing files for commercial printing
Strong typography and layout skills

Digital Marketing

Social media management
Facebook & Instagram business pages
Content creation
Basic video editing (preferred)
Canva (preferred)

Website Experience

WordPress
Wix
Website updates and maintenance
Basic SEO knowledge
Understanding of responsive websites

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Meta Ads
Google Ads
HTML/CSS
Promotional products experience
Photography
AI tools such as ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience
Portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work
Website experience required
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working under deadlines
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Team player with a positive attitude

Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
