The successful candidate should be able to submit ad and print orders to preferred print and newspaper vendors. Experience in executing a campaign idea across various mediums – including print ads, online banner ads, web pages, direct mail pieces, collateral design and identity – is required. Excellence in developing and executing an idea from creative concept to final execution stage. Qualifications: BA (concentration in Graphic Design a plus) or equivalent or current design or marketing student is required. • Highly desirable candidates will have knowledge and skills in the following: • At least 2 years assistant or admin experience • Willingness to work in an intense, quick-moving work environment • High level of attention to detail • Coordinate inspections, appraisals, signoffs, and other necessary meetings with multiple parties • Expertise in Adobe CS5 Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) • Knowledge about file preparation for print process • Some photography knowledge • Knowledge about print production • Create designs according to specifications, changing the design as appropriate for different applications • Digital & print ad, digital emails/flyers, print flyers, posters, and other physical materials • Maintain brand standards and consistency across all platforms • Keep current with design trends • Bilingual a plus but not required (Mandarin) A successful Assistant will be rewarded with: • Competitive salary • Full time or Part-time flexibility Please send your resume and references directly to this post.
