Graphic Designer/Artists

Brown & Brown Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and proactive full-time Graphic Designer who will be working REMOTELY to support our Retail Marketing & Communications Team. We are looking for a creative thinker to develop concepts and create graphic materials for various print and digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, self-starter who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment. Projects will range in size and scope and will involve working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design preferable; Degree in marketing or advertising considered with previous graphic design experience Thorough knowledge of Adobe CC, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator Interest in and/or experience in video editing (Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects) and/or photography a plus Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office/Office 365 apps; especially PowerPoint Must have working knowledge of print and web standards A passion for creating stunning visuals that meet brand standards Detail-oriented and strong organizational and communication skills Possession of creative flair, versatility, concept/visual ability and originality Ability to work under pressure and under short deadlines, with strong follow through.
