NorthMarq is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts for Investment Sales. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. The to-be-hired coordinator will be part of the team based in San Diego, CA and will play a key role in the evaluation and marketing process while obtaining extensive exposure to multifamily assets both in the private capital and institutional space throughout Southern California. Work with the marketing team to create best-in class-marketing presentations and collateral materials Must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills
