Graphic Design/Marketing and Broker's Assistant

Job Description: Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elevate is seeking a graphic designer that will also be responsible for assisting the Broker with day-to-day tasks and weekly updates of properties. As Broker’s Assistant and Graphic Designer, you will create flyers, postcards, and social media advertisements for listings, agents, and agent recruitment following the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate brand ID guidelines. You will also assist the broker in the management of properties, transactions, weekly updates, property management, and new agent onboarding. You will work directly with the Broker as well as assisting our REALTORS® as needed. • Basic understanding of photography (preferred).
