Graphics Artist Intern**

**Overview:** Lamar's Graphics division is seeking a highly motivated and talented Graphics Artist Intern to assist in the creation of outdoor designs for outdoor and digital products. As a Graphics Artist Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience in graphic design while working with a dynamic team. Lamar is a certified Great Place to Work, with a strong commitment to employee satisfaction and well-being. **Responsibilities:** * Design outdoor creative for one or more product lines, including outdoor, digital displays, and transit * Responsible for the completion of jobs on the daily schedule * Utilize graphic software (Adobe Suite) to create visually appealing designs * Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality designs **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1 year in college (currently enrolled) for graphic design or the equivalent professional experience preferred * Aptitude for graphic design * Computer literacy * Proficient in Lamar Graphics' currently used graphic software (Adobe Suite) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong vision, including the ability to design visually, with the proficiency to distinguish color patterns and identify good use of color **Benefits:** * Part-time work schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, about 20 hours per week) * Hourly rate of $15/hour * PTO - 1 hour/30 hours worked * Comprehensive 16-week training program * Medical Insurance Plan * 401k plan with company match
