Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe role's primary objectives will be to oversee our project management and asset management systems, working with the entire Marketing team to ensure consistency and excellence in everything we do. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking, have technical expertise in asset management and deliver, will have a strong business acumen and will be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include:Managing intake and deployment of marketing plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for various marketing initiatives, such as campaigns, event promotion, and interdepartmental projectsCoordinating and collaborating with entire Marketing team including Creative, Brand and Content, Digital Platforms, and Data & Analytics, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing projectsServing as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors on marketing projects, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycleSupporting brand extension campaign execution by serving as primary POC for buying/managing ad buys and trafficking deliverables Developing and owning asset management solutions to track all brand assets, photos, video, and more Supporting project kick-off meetings, defining campaign/project objectives and deliverables, establishing key milestones and success metrics as neededMonitoring project progress, identifying potential hurdles, and proactively developing contingency plans to keep projects on track; own line of communication on needs/updatesStaying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and innovative marketing approaches Requirements Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related field5-7 years of experience in a marketing projects manager or similar roleExceptional organizational with time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize tasksAbility to manage multiple projects and competing timelines in a fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency in project management tools such as Hive, Asana, Monday.com or similar Willingness and desire to collaborate with team members in various areas of the businessExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for learning and improving upon processesPosition DetailsFull-time, exempt positionHybrid work schedule - 3 days in office / 2 days remote; hybrid schedule is subject to changeThe position could include occasional evening or weekend work To apply, please submit a resume and cover letter.Meet Boston offers a dynamic, fun, and collaborative work environment!Meet Boston is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
