The Group Creative Director is also responsible for enhancing internal management of creative assets, elevating team performance, providing creative guidance, and collaborating effectively with internal/external teams. The Group Creative Director will possess a strong background in multicultural campaigns with a focus on social, demonstrating the ability to think quickly, inspire others, and collaborate effectively with capability leads. • Guide and contribute to the strategic development of integrated experiential and social, entertainment marketing campaigns. • Cultivate creative branding and social media strategies • Create, follow, and implement style guides across assigned clients and projects • Act as client-facing resource and provide solutions for any design-related issues • Provide daily quality control over assigned projects • Drive best practices across all creative including, conceptual thinking, art direction, design, and production • Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions from a creative perspective, always with a problem-solving mindset • Collaborate on a daily basis with department leads to align on monthly/quarterly priorities/deliverables to ensure maximum client ROI.
