Group Events & Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a driven, self-starting leader to grow our group events business while supporting marketing efforts that increase overall traffic to Provo Beach. This role combines event sales, guest experience, and marketing execution—with a strong focus on driving bookings, building relationships, and creating measurable results. Generate and book group events (corporate events, parties, large groups) Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations Manage event details from booking through execution to ensure a great guest experience Lead and support event staff during preparation and execution Execute marketing initiatives that promote events and overall attractions Support campaigns, promotions, and partnerships that drive attendance and engagement What We’re Looking For This position plays a key role in driving revenue, increasing guest traffic, and shaping the overall guest experience at Provo Beach.
