To support this mission, we’re seeking a talented and growth oriented **Digital Marketing Manager** in Denver, Colorado. This position represents a unique opportunity for the right person to get in on the ground floor and grow with us. The **Digital Marketing Manager** is responsible for developing strategy, digital marketing, and alignment with sales execution through an annual plan. * Oversee the marketing implementation for each new Operating Company, to include ensuring appropriate local market resources, and driving appropriate role clarity * Perform initial HubSpot Set-Up (for new companies that are onboarding) * Create an annual marketing plan containing New Charter recommendations which considers unique local factors and local company growth goals * Take New Charter Technologies Buyer’s Journey Content Recommendations and create an annual content marketing plan for local companies * Update or create marketing reporting tools * Update/create initial lead nurture communication pieces and implement in HubSpot * Build and continually enhance the implementation templates for new platform companies that come on to the New Charter platform Occasional travel (car/airplane).
