Growing Company searching for a Property Manager Archways Property Management is looking for a property manager for an apartment building in Santa Paula. Responsibilities • Manage all aspects of assigned properties • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates • Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services; supervising repairs. • Uphold a positive, productive relationship with tenants • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units. • Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses • Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposit. • Accomplish daily inspections report of property and submit to Supervisor • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities • Update job and market knowledge Requirements • Proven work experience as property manager • Fully understanding property management • In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management • Competency in MS Office & Google Drive • Customer focus and bottom-line orientation • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills • Well organized with excellent time management skills • High school or equivalent • Ability to work with minimal supervision Required experience: • Property Manager: minimum 1 year Required language: • English, Spanish a plus
