We’re hiring a Growth & Digital Marketing Associate to join our consulting team and help enterprise DTC brands unlock sustainable, efficient growth. This is a client-facing role, and you’ll serve as a strategic and executional leader — analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns, translating data and metrics into recommendations and guiding senior client teams toward stronger ROI and revenue outcomes. Nice-to-Haves • Experience with incrementality or MMM tools (Haus, Measured, etc.). You’ll be part of a senior, nimble team trusted by large consumer brands to identify growth opportunities, drive efficiency, and maximize marketing ROI.
