We are hiring our first dedicated marketing role to help drive growth across a portfolio of businesses.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will not be managing a team. You will be responsible for building, launching, and improving marketing efforts across digital channels.

What You’ll Do

Execute Marketing Campaigns

Build and send email newsletters (list creation, segmentation, templates, sends)Manage and grow contact lists using tools like HubSpotSupport lead generation through digital channels
Build Digital Presence

Create and manage consistent social media contentTest and run paid campaigns (Meta and other platforms)Help turn interest into customers through simple campaigns and funnels
Build Marketing Systems

Organize and structure marketing efforts that are currently informalCreate repeatable processes for email, content, and campaignsTrack basic performance metrics and improve over time
Own the Work

Write emails, build lists, launch campaignsWork independently without needing step-by-step directionCoordinate with freelancers or contractors when needed
