Company: Smartish Job: Growth Hacker (Growth Marketer) at Smartish Startup Position Type: Full-Time Location: Austin, TX In addition to the day-to-day management of our paid acquisition campaigns across search and social platforms, this position will be responsible for proactively identifying new ways to increase awareness, traffic, and conversions both through our DTC and Amazon channels. You will be working with a small team of fellow tech-savvy folk and you can propel our 11-year-old company into the next phase of growth. · Strategize and implement our paid acquisition campaigns across search and social platforms including bid and budget, pacing and conversion performance down the sales funnel · Take ownership of the results, tracking critical metrics and use them to drive decision-making for our next move · Optimize content/distribution strategies for conversion · Manage Amazon PPC ad strategy & performance · Test and develop new targeting and messaging strategies · Provide actionable needs to marketing team and work with them to develop impactful copy and creative for our advertising based on interpretation of data · Continually iterating assets to ensure performance · Monitor, Analyze and Act on performance and data · Conduct user research and segmentation analysis · Contagious growth mindset (you dig numbers, critical thinking, continuous experimentation) · Relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals and targets (We’re caffeinated folks over here) · Proactively seek opportunities to improve performance · Data-driven data geek (clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics and can clearly communicate strategy to teammates…ie, we don’t have to translate what you’re trying to tell us) · Work well in a small team (We have to hang out with you every day, so don't be boring) · Must like tacos and puppies · Amazon selling platform experience is a plus · Only local Austin residents will be considered
