Full Code Medical is a revenue-funded startup improving patient outcomes by making it easy to practice medical decision-making. Our primary market is individual users subscribing to the app via Apple, Google and our website (B2C)—but we also sell to educators at medical schools and hospitals (B2B). You will lead all aspects of marketing our product with a particular focus on growing our individual customer base. You will lead us in identifying new growth opportunities in selling to individuals and to institutions. Must-have: • Minimum 4 years relevant prior work experience (but potentially open to top 1% recent grads) • Experience in digital advertising and efficiently managing ad spend • Mastery of English writing and ability to craft concise and compelling copy • Thoroughness and attention to detail • Hard working and able to consistently deliver 40-hour work weeks (we won't ask for more) • Experience advertising on at least one of: Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X • Artistic creativity and ability to create graphic assets in Canva or Figma • Able to work 50% in downtown Boston (2-3 days/wk) • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or related • Authorization to work in the United States (we will not be sponsoring)
