Growth Marketing Content Creator

To provide parental leave coverage, the full-time Contract Growth Marketing Content Creator will execute and manage high-priority Member Growth programs remotely, focusing on Open Enrollment lifecycle execution, webinar operations, and day-to-day campaign support across various channels. Key responsibilities Execute and QA lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail in Braze and related tools Support rapid A/B testing to improve conversion rates and enrollments Partner with Growth and Data teams to implement experiments and measure performance Required qualifications Proven track record of writing high-performing, user-centric content that drives measurable engagement Experience designing and running experiments to improve content performance Ability to independently own and execute multiple campaigns end-to-end with high attention to detail
