The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead the top-of-funnel marketing function, creating programs that attract organic visitors and generate qualified leads. Collaborate with a small sales group and set the growth approach with a high degree of independence.

What you'll do

- Develop and deliver a search engine optimization strategy that increases organic visits.

- Launch inventive, highly visible marketing campaigns across several channels and formats.

- Turn user interest and engagement into qualified leads that the sales team can act on.

- Plan and deliver a major upcoming public announcement.

- Work side by side with sales to improve lead handoff and overall lead quality.

**Requirements**

What we're looking for

- 2 to 5 years of growth marketing experience, ideally at a fast-scaling startup.

- Hands-on background in organic search, content or imaginative brand campaigns rather than paid performance channels.

- Proven ability to work independently, turning broad and loosely defined goals into results with little oversight.

- Comfortable working on-site five days a week.

- Experience at a company that grew through its early stages.

- No prior sales background needed, as this is a marketing-led position.

Bonus points

- Familiarity with reaching technical audiences or supporting a product-led model.

- Exposure to grassroots or community-driven go-to-market approaches.

- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 200,000 per year
