Cross-functional, digital marketing team management • Understand agency services and key responsibilities for cross-functional teams - including performance marketing, analytics, creative, content, UX and dev. • Work with analytics and performance marketing teams to track budgets and develop performance insights and recommendations for clients. • Lead weekly status meetings and ongoing reporting with clarity and confidence. • Understand client business and marketing objectives and ensure the client's needs and requirements are represented during strategy and planning formation. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • 2-4 years of professional, client management experience in a digital marketing-related industry, preferably at an agency.
