Location: Onsite in Downtown Tampa (Hybrid) Compensation: $76,000 base + 10% performance bonus (Total Comp: $84,000) + full benefits What You’ll Do • Architect and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Optimize funnels with relentless focus on conversions, CAC, and ROAS • Report performance in a way that makes both execs and non-marketers feel confident • Build dashboards (GA4, UTMs, Salesforce) that show what’s working — and what’s not • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets match the strategy, not the other way around • Manage CRM and lead flow hygiene (Salesforce experience is a plus) • Lead conversations with clients about growth opportunities and scaling decisions • Manage multiple accounts, across varied platforms and goals, to meet client needs You’ll Love This Role If… • You’re half strategist, half executor — you don’t just build campaigns, you own outcomes • You enjoy autonomy and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment • You’re energized by uncovering the “why” in the data and presenting solutions, not spreadsheets Bonus Points For: • Healthcare / HIPAA experience • Salesforce experience • Google Ads Certification • Curiosity — the person who always has a test running • AI tools for automation and optimization • Good water cooler banter and TikTok trend contributions
