Growth Marketing Manager : Paid Media Operations

You will be instrumental in scaling our marketing efforts by optimizing campaigns, testing new growth initiatives within the product, and proactively integrating AI tools to improve key metrics such as CAC and LTV. Growth Marketing & Experimentation • Plan and execute growth marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. • AI Integration : Proactively apply AI tools (including LLMs, predictive analytics, and agent systems) to enhance and scale all facets of marketing operations, from campaign strategy and audience targeting to creative optimization and performance tracking. Desired Skills & Experience • Experience : 2-3 years in growth or performance marketing roles, particularly in SaaS and SMB environments.
