In this role, you will act as a "Player/Coach" by managing a team of Paid Growth Marketing Managers while also executing hands-on campaign work across digital channels. You will develop compelling marketing strategies, drive client campaign performance, and stay on the cutting edge of digital innovation in an environment that values creative, strategic thinking. Function Management: Manage and lead a small team of paid media experts – coaching, training, and developing your team while providing strategic insights on emerging trends and industry developments. Technical Skills: Manage audience targeting and segmentation, stay current with platform updates and industry trends, and understand bidding strategies and campaign structures. Experience managing significant ad spend (at least 7 figures, ranging from $1 million to $10 million or more) with efficiency.
