Job Overview:

The Growth Marketing Paid Media Manager is crucial in executing, optimizing, and managing our global paid search and U.S. digital advertising initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Paid Search Manager and Advertising Manager to effectively translate and implement approved strategies into dynamic, high-performance campaigns across various markets—making sure projects are delivered on time and meet our business objectives.

In this role, you will partner with regional marketing teams, agency partners, analytics, and internal stakeholders. You will play a significant part in campaign activation, optimization during the execution, performance reporting, and addressing any issues that arise. Your efforts will ensure the successful execution of our global paid search and U.S. advertising programs, fostering consistency, efficiency, and continuous performance enhancement across markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Optimization: Lead the execution of global paid search and U.S. advertising campaigns in accordance with established strategies and performance standards.Manage daily campaign operations, including trafficking support, launches, pacing, optimizations, creative rotations, and invoicing.Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization that improve efficiency, ROI, and overall revenue outcomes.Facilitate localization and market-specific execution by collaborating with regional teams and agency partners.Campaign Management:

Act as the operational lead for assigned global and regional paid media programs.Develop and oversee campaign timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.Proactively identify any risks or issues and escalate them with proposed solutions.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and executability of campaigns.Performance Reporting:

Work with analytics partners to deliver performance reports, dashboards, and campaign reviews.Analyze results to uncover trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.Support post-campaign analysis for future planning and continuous improvement.Collaboration with Agencies & Stakeholders:

Coordinate with agency partners to ensure alignment with campaign plans and standards.Maintain ongoing communication with regional and functional stakeholders to foster alignment, consistency, and transparency.Contribute to presentations that communicate campaign plans, performance, and insights to various stakeholders.Operational Excellence:

Ensure compliance with global paid media processes and standards.Document best practices and lessons learned to enhance workflow efficiency.Continuously seek improvements for workflows and execution efficiency.Qualifications:

Required:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid search or performance media.Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.Hands-on experience with executing and optimizing paid search and digital advertising campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Proven project management experience, adept at handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.Familiarity with SEM platforms like Google Ads and SA360.Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.Acquainted with digital advertising platforms such as Meta or LinkedIn.Comfort interpreting data to inform recommendations and decisions.Knowledge of marketing technology and analytics tools, including Google Analytics.Experience with global marketing initiatives and agency collaboration.What Success Looks Like:
