Email Marketing (Klaviyo) • Own and execute Kinkstore’s email marketing strategy end-to-end • Build, segment, and optimize email campaigns for revenue growth • Develop automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing • Proficiency in Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation) and Shopify storefront management • Experience with affiliate platforms (Refersion, ShareASale, Impact, or similar) • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, customer lifecycle, and conversion optimization • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making • Excellent written and communication skills • Solid copywriting skills for email and on-site content • Firm understanding of SEO fundamentals and strategies • Able to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate cross-functionally • We use AI tools daily across the company — hire should be comfortable experimenting with AI for copywriting, analysis, and automation We design and manufacture innovative BDSM products — including our flagship app-connected E-Stim Box — and sell them through Kink Store, our San Francisco–based retail and e-commerce brand.
