Job SummaryWe are seeking a results‑driven Marketing Performance & Growth Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, increase website traffic, and improve lead conversion. This role is focused on SEO, analytics, and website performance, working alongside our creative/brand lead to create a fully connected and high‑performing marketing engine.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneDuties/Responsibilities SEO & Search VisibilityImprove search engine rankings and overall online visibilityOptimize website pages, content, and structure for SEOIdentify and execute opportunities to increase high‑quality organic trafficMonitor keyword performance and adjust strategy accordinglyWebsite Management & OptimizationMake routine website updates without reliance on outside developersImprove site performance, speed, and user experienceCreate and optimize landing pages for promotions, inventory, and campaignsConduct A/B testing on pages and calls‑to‑action to improve conversion ratesAnalytics & ReportingTrack performance across:Website traffic (Google Analytics or similar)Social media channelsEmail and SMS campaignsPaid advertising effortsTurn data into clear, actionable insights and recommendationsProvide consistent, easy‑to‑understand reporting to leadershipIdentify what’s working, what’s not, and where to investMarketing Strategy & Funnel OptimizationConnect marketing channels into a cohesive customer journeyImprove conversion paths from first interaction to lead/saleCollaborate with creative/brand lead to align messaging and executionSupport long‑term growth strategy with data‑backed recommendationsRequirements Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or growth marketingStrong understanding of SEO best practices and toolsExperience with Google Analytics (or similar platforms)Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategiesExperience managing or updating websitesStrong problem‑solving and analytical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize high‑impact initiativesPreferred Qualifications Experience with website platformsBasic understanding of HTML/CSS or web performance optimizationExperience with A/B testing tools and CRO (conversion rate optimization)Familiarity with paid media performance trackingExperience integrating marketing platforms (CRM, email, etc. )Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of timeAbility to use standard office equipment including computers, phones, and printersAbility to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 poundsAbility to travel occasionally for events, trade shows, or company functions if neededAbility to visually review digital content, reports, and website materialsAbility to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronicallyOther dutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
