Growth Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and growth focused leader to oversee our company’s market presence, reputation, client communications, and growth initiatives across multiple commercial service divisions. This role is responsible for helping strengthen how our company is perceived in the market while supporting business growth through marketing, communications, digital presence, relationship development, and strategic outreach. Develop and execute marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and market growth Support business development efforts through strategic campaigns and outreach Help improve inbound lead flow and overall market visibility Coordinate digital marketing efforts including website content, email campaigns, LinkedIn presence, and advertising initiatives Track and report on campaign performance, engagement, and growth metrics Oversee company social media platforms and digital communication strategies Coordinate professional project photography, videos, and content creation Create and manage internal and external communication campaigns Support leadership with strategic messaging, announcements, and public communications Experience in marketing, growth strategy, communications, public relations, business development, or related fields Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand positioning Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives across several business divisions Experience working in commercial services, construction, facilities, property management, or related industries is strongly preferred Self motivated, organized, and growth oriented mindset Strong understanding of professional communication and client perception
