This role supports the growth and execution of key online commerce initiatives and works closely with leadership to manage and optimize third-party relationships, especially focused on floral and cemetery products. • Supports the optimization of SCI’s cemetery flower program in collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners including customer-facing and internal-facing communications. Website Initiatives • Helps manage the implementation of eCommerce and gifting components on funeral home and cemetery location pages, including CTAs and conversion optimization. • Experience with web marketing.
