A company is looking for a Growth / Performance Marketer to manage paid acquisition and funnel performance. Key Responsibilities Design and execute structured A/B and multivariate tests across various marketing components Build and maintain a testing roadmap focused on optimizing customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion rates Manage Meta and Google campaign execution, including audience strategy and budget allocation Required Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in growth or performance marketing for a DTC health, wellness, or telehealth brand Formal A/B testing experience, including designing and documenting structured experiments Deep expertise in Meta and Google advertising, particularly in creative testing and funnel optimization Experience with health advertising compliance on Meta and Google platforms Direct response mindset with the ability to manage budgets independently
