Hairdressing Salon Manager

Trade Secrets is a leading hair salon company. We offer a full-service beauty salon and esthetic services. The studio is looking for an experienced Hairdressing Salon Manager with Hair Dressing, Esthetician Skills and Salon management background. • Creative and innovate • High energy and a positive attitude • Driven to achieve goals • Excellent customer services skills • Excellent people management skills • Available to work a variable work schedule Duties: • Plan and control budget • Set up business strategies • Ensure salon projections, conditions and presentation are met • Issue invoices for existing and future clients and follow up on collection procedures • Coordinate client bookings and follow up with stylists as required • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies • Assist with Marketing and promotional campaigns and services • Coordinate creative team for bookings (video shoots, photo shoots, television segments, etc) • Payroll • Track and stock inventory supplies to keep salon running smoothly • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff • Evaluate service provider schedules on an on-going basis to make certain that staffing levels are appropriate to business levels and opportunities • Managing employees schedules and performance • Recruit, interview /hire and train salon/frontline employees • Emphasize product benefits and assist clients in the selection of Trade Secrets retail products or services for their personal care needs and mainly hair care • Oversee of facility operations to ensure salon goals are kept and customers are satisfied • Resolve client issues as they arise and ensure client satisfaction.
