Head of Ad Creation

Position Overview
RushOrderTees is one of the fastest-growing custom apparel companies in the country, empowering individuals, teams, creators, and businesses to bring their ideas to life—fast. We’re seeking a creative and strategic Head of Ad Creation who will spearhead the development of high-impact commercials and social media content across all major platforms. This is an opportunity for a passionate storyteller and video production expert to lead our creative vision from concept through final edit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the concepting, scripting, and production of brand commercials for digital, broadcast, and streaming platforms.
Create high-performing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels.
Own the full creative process—from idea to shoot to final edit.
Manage and mentor a growing team of creators, editors, and production support.
Direct on-site production in our Philadelphia facility, overseeing filming equipment, sets, and talent.
Collaborate with Marketing, Social, and E-Commerce teams to align messaging and goals.
Test, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance metrics.
Maintain brand voice and elevate the overall creative direction of our advertising.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in video production, ad creation, or content development.
A strong portfolio showcasing commercials, ads, or high-performing social content.
Proven ability to lead creative direction and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with filming, editing, and producing content.
Deep understanding of storytelling, branding, and platform-specific creative strategies.
Experience directing talent and internal staff on camera.
Willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced, high-energy production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce, apparel, or product-based advertising.
Motion graphics or animation skills.
Familiarity with paid social creative strategies.
Background in copywriting or scriptwriting.

Work Environment
This is a 5-day per week onsite position located in the Far Northeast Philadelphia area.
