Leading the operational engine of a cutting-edge advertising business, the full-time remote Head of Ad Operations will be responsible for managing the Ad Operations function, optimizing monetization strategies, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams to maximize advertising inventory value. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the accountable owner of the Ad Operations function, leading and developing a high-performing team Own operational monetization performance, including yield optimization and inventory strategy Manage strategic relationships with vendors and partners while providing cross-functional leadership across the organization Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Ad Operations, monetization, or programmatic advertising 5+ years of people management experience, including hiring and performance management Deep expertise in programmatic advertising infrastructure and yield optimization Existing relationships within the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs and DSPs Experience working closely with executive leadership and influencing cross-functional decision-making
