We’re looking for an experienced, highly analytical Paid Media Manager to own and scale all of PeckPerk’s advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (including YouTube), and other paid platforms. Previously, we relied on an external agency for ads, but we’re now ready to bring this role in-house, making this an incredible opportunity for the right candidate to shape, own, and grow our paid media strategy from the ground up. Your mission will be to design and execute high-performing ad campaigns that drive conversions, app downloads, and direct-to-consumer sales—while rigorously optimizing for ROI. • High-impact ownership over all paid marketing channels, with the ability to scale spend when ROI is proven. • Build and grow a paid growth strategy that can scale alongside one of the fastest-growing brands in its space.
