Head of Advertising & Promotional Review Attorney A global top‑20 biopharmaceutical company is seeking an accomplished Head of Promotional & Advertising Review (Oncology) to lead its regulatory and legal promotional review strategy for a flagship prostate cancer therapy and broader oncology portfolio.Location: New Jersey (hybrid). Reporting into: Global General Counsel.Base pay range: $250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr, plus 25% bonus and wider package.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Promotional & Advertising Review function for the oncology portfolio, ensuring compliance with FDA/OPDP and global promotional regulations.Oversee review and approval of all advertising, digital, and educational materials through the LMR/PRC process.Advise commercial, medical, and legal stakeholders on compliant and effective promotional strategy.Serve as the company’s key regulatory advisor on oncology communications, including new product launches and indication expansions.Engage proactively with senior leadership to drive policy, training, and process improvement initiatives.Represent the company externally in interactions with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and partners as needed.Ideal Profile10–15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising & promotion review, within Regulatory Affairs, Legal, or Compliance.Direct experience managing FDA/OPDP interactions and/or leading LMR/PRC review processes.Strong background in oncology, specialty, or high‑science therapeutic areas.Proven ability to balance commercial objectives with regulatory and ethical standards.Leadership experience – managing teams or cross‑functional stakeholders.JD, PharmD, MD, or advanced life sciences degree preferred.Seniority Level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment Type Full‑timeJob Function Legal; Industries: Pharmaceutical ManufacturingIf you wish to apply please apply to this job or email your resume to [email protected]#J-18808-Ljbffr
