About the Team We are a high-impact, cross-functional team focused on building programs that connect brand engagement to business growth. Responsibilities - Strategic Brand Leadership - Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy that elevates Zoom's market position - Create cohesive narrative frameworks that align brand initiatives with business objectives - Drive portfolio awareness and adoption across Zoom's expanding product ecosystem - Integrated Marketing Programs - Lead flagship sponsorship programs (including MLB partnership) to maximize ROI - Direct premier events like Zoomtopia , optimizing for engagement and pipeline impact - Orchestrate paid and organic social media strategies - Design and implement integrated advertising campaigns across channels - Revenue Connection & Growth - Build sophisticated attribution models linking brand initiatives to revenue outcomes - Accelerate product-led growth through strategic brand activation - Drive pipeline velocity through integrated marketing motions What we're looking for - 15+ years progressive marketing leadership experience spanning: - Brand strategy and activation - Digital and social media - Sponsorship management - Integrated advertising - Event marketing - Leadership & Business Impact - Proven track record connecting brand initiatives to revenue outcomes - Executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities - Strategic vision balanced with operational excellence - Key Attributes - Creative and strategic mindset - Results-driven approach - Excellence in cross-functional leadership - Strong program management capabilities Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $184,300.00 Maximum: $403,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
