ResponsibilitiesLead the Business Marketing function as the central point of accountability for integrating business and marketing prioritiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs that align to business objectives and deliver measurable resultsWork in close collaboration with business leaders across product and segment teams to ensure marketing strategies are tightly connected to business goals, customer needs, and growth prioritiesDrive alignment across strategy, planning, and execution to create consistent, high-impact outcomesEvolve an audience‑first messaging strategy across the Fidelity consumer portfolioOrchestrate integrated marketing across paid, owned, and earned channels to support customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and loyaltyDefine how offerings are positioned and brought to market across customer segments and lifecycle stagesGuide the development of strategic and creative work, and ensure coordinated execution across all marketing touchpointsLead and develop a high‑performing team, including a direct report responsible for overseeing the strategy and development of the firm’s loyalty programRequirements15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated success leading integrated, multi-channel marketing (paid, owned, and earned) in complex organizationsProven marketing leader with strong experience owning end‑to‑end marketing strategy, planning, and execution aligned to business goalsStrong strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives, performance insights, and customer needs into actionable marketing programsExperienced people leader who builds, coaches, and develops high‑performing teams with clear accountability and growth focusDemonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and collaborate effectively across business, product, and segment leadership teamsDeep understanding of customer insights, research, and analytics, with an ability to apply data to inform decisions and optimize performanceTrack record of delivering customer‑centric experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty, ideally within financial services or similarly complex industriesStrong cross‑functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, and senior executive levelsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly structure recommendations, influence decisions, and present to executive audiencesAuthentic and inclusive leader who fosters innovation, continuous learning, and a culture of collaboration and results#J-18808-Ljbffr
