Our community lead will work closely with the BD and marketing teams to identify, engage and guide the groups of people that are excited about our vision, and for web3 as a whole. The ideal candidate will lead strategy, campaigns, and initiatives to bolster community growth while developing programs to engage community contributors around education, content, non-cringy memes, and everything in between. You have a track record of leading and scaling community initiatives and teams at leading L1s, L2s, web3 marketplaces or blue chip protocols in accordance with set growth KPIs Collaborate with BD and marketing to develop initiatives for expanding the existing community with a focus on the visible community (Twitter, Discord, TG etc) Help guide the voice of the brand and community; education community and customers on the value of RWAs, such as domain names.
