Head of Creative & Marketing We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to serve as our Head of Creative & Marketing, responsible for overseeing a talented team of marketers, designers, and content creators to deliver exceptional, results-driven work for our clients. • Review client strategies and campaign performance data to optimize efforts and teach best practices. What You Bring: • 8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or creative leadership, preferably in an agency setting. • Deep knowledge of marketing tactics (SEO, PPC, automation, content, social) and creative execution (design, copy, video).
