Develop and lead integrated 360° marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, owned, earned, partnerships, experiential, and traditional channels Translate business priorities and brand objectives into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs and measurement frameworks Lead campaign planning and execution from strategy through launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis Contribute to social media strategy, content planning, audience growth, and community engagement initiatives Support SEO strategy and content optimization efforts to improve search visibility, traffic, and customer acquisition Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify insights, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations Help shape audience targeting, messaging strategy, customer journey planning, and media mix recommendations Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives simultaneously Stay informed on industry trends, cultural moments, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behavior 6-8+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or related field ~ Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights ~ Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills ~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment ~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Experience managing or mentoring junior team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms a plus Medical and dental benefits, including a $1,000 Health Reimbursement Account ~Generous PTO policy ~ Substantial parental leave policy ~ Hybrid work environment (3 days on-site in Philadelphia, PA) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other basis prohibited by law.
