Velve is a premium brand platform built for creators, professionals, and entrepreneurs who take their online presence seriously. We give creators a single, beautifully designed space to showcase everything they do their work, their products, their content, and their brand — without compromise.

We're founded by a husband-and-wife team and we're building in public, shipping fast, and growing a community of creators who are done with generic tools. This is the early stage. The work is real, the vision is clear, and the opportunity to shape something from the ground up is genuine.

The Role

We're looking for our first Head of Creator Partnerships to own the most important growth lever we have right now: getting the right creators onto Velve.

This isn't a sales role. It's a relationship role. You'll identify creators who align with what Velve stands for, reach out in ways that feel human, and build partnerships that make both sides better. You'll be the face of Velve to some of the most influential people in the creator economy.

What You'll Do

Identify and reach out to creators, influencers, and professionals who are a strong fit for the Velve platform

Build and manage a pipeline of creator partnerships — from first contact to active use

Represent Velve at the front line, communicating our value clearly and authentically

Collaborate directly with the founders on strategy, messaging, and positioning

Help define what a "Velve creator" looks like as we grow

Provide feedback from the creator community to shape product direction

You're embedded in the creator economy — either as a creator yourself or someone who has worked closely with them

You know how to open a conversation that doesn't feel like a pitch

You're self-directed. You don't wait to be told what to do next

You care about quality — the kinds of partnerships you'd want to bring to Velve reflect the brand standard we hold

You're excited by early-stage work and what it means to be first

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in partnerships, creator relations, talent management, or brand development

An existing network in the creator, influencer, or digital media space (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfort working independently and remotely with minimal structure

Genuine belief in the creator economy and the people building within it

Compensation & Equity

This is an equity-only role. No salary at this stage.

We're transparent about where we are: pre-funding, product live, users growing. What we're offering is a meaningful equity stake in a platform we intend to build for the long term, a founding team title, and the credibility of being one of the first people to say yes before this was obvious. Equity is structured with a standard vesting schedule. We use a formal agreement — nothing informal.
