Leading the development of a comprehensive CRM strategy, the full-time Head of CRM Marketing will own the North American direct business lifecycle, managing customer communications and lifecycle programs while leveraging Klaviyo to enhance retention and growth. Key responsibilities Build and implement the North America CRM strategy, defining customer communication at each stage of the journey Oversee the architecture and maintenance of Klaviyo email flows, ensuring effective audience segmentation and deliverability management Develop and execute strategies for email list growth and acquisition, including site-based sign-up flows and partnerships at events Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce lifecycle marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, including complex flow architecture and advanced segmentation Proven track record of improving email list size and increasing customer lifetime value with measurable results Strong data fluency and experience in managing DTC channel budgets and vendor relationships Excellent written communication skills for both marketing copy and internal reporting
